Quite a bit but I'm honest by rejecting the ones I will not use and leave groups I'm not interested. I think it's not good just being inactive in a group cause you aren't interested but owe the person something. It's more annoying to see an inactive person than see one leave.TPBM has been hiking for two days straight (plus camping) before?
