Wat would happen if this happened in real life?

Once I thought it actually did happen. It was nighttime and my Mom got out of the car, but I didn't know this. I couldn't see anything outside the car so I freaked and thought she had disappeared. Turns out that she was just a few feet away. :/ I always wonder what it would be like, if this happened.
actuall this situations happened (ok NOT with the Fiction of the powers and stuff) but with the Hunger Desesperation fear insanity, and other stuffs
The book like LotF as i see is supose to show how can worst things like hunger, fear, insanity makes to human, it turn us savages, darker

Everybody has their "I would never..." "I couldn't..." "I would die first..." statements. In reality, I think anybody would do anything to survive if they're pushed to that point.
Food for thought: What happens if the adults come back and the youth aren't so quick to submit? What if they don't want things to go back to normal? If the dome was still there, the adults wouldn't have any power over them.

I would play my video games until the power went out...then I don't really know what I'd do...xD
I would do anything to survive; Kill fight scavenge. Its human nature to fight for your life to the very end. You cant change it
Ok well first of all I would be gone- already 15.
But if I was still there,I would try to organize groups that take care of certain things where everyone can survive. That's how the modern economy developed. so try to keep things in order and seriously go against all the bullies who try control everything. And try to find out what exactly happened, where everyone went, etc. etc..
