Somewhere along the line I think we've also changed the word count from 150 to 200.
The word count changes, yes. The parameters are given with each contest.
I'm still a little confused. Particularly about where the "task" for each contest is given - and where it would say who collects entries.For example, in the entries for the previous contest there was a clear lunar theme, but I'm not at all sure how the entrants knew that.
There is a section in the discussions (https://www.goodreads.com/topic/group...) that holds all the threads.The organiser (currently our lovely Claire) starts a new thread with the theme at the start of each comp. Then a new thread with all the entries after the closing date :)
Look through the thread titles within the writing contest section. You'll see two threads for each contest, one where the task is set and and another when it's time to post the entries.https://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/...

Hi - sorry if I'm being a bit thick (new member!), but how do you enter the competition? Is it a case of PMing Jud with the entry - I'm getting confused because it seems to be Claire who's uploading them all!
The next competition hasn't started yet. When it does there will be a new thread in this section with instructions on the theme and who to PM. So keep an eye out for it.
