The doors opened and she went up to her room. She grabbed a shirt and jeans to wear when everyone was asleep and went back down to the common room, laughing at the stories people had from over the summer.

Laya kept glancing at the clock, putting her tongue in her cheek. Most people were asleep. 11:50. They were all asleep. She went up and changed and snuck back down to the common room, slipping out into the halls.
