This pretends to be up to date, but it isn't -- a lot of it is old advice before the 2008 crash, despite copyright and some comments in reference. "Fool" backs a lot of losers and dodgy companies such as Petrobras and Cemex that are tied to local governments. They do have some spectacular runs, but are risky, and bottom hard, too.
