Trying to add a new edition (solved)

Hi.
I tried to add a spanish edition in ebook of this novel, no problem with that, until this morning. I found that it appears like a new book, not a version of the original edition. How can I combine it now?

You didn't do anything wrong. When you add a new edition it has to be combined manually. I have done this one for you.
