Neither, J.P disapointed me big time, i didn't like that Cabot turned him into a tosser just so the Michael and Mia 'thing' could happen. Michael....ehhh (cue frustrated sigh) he's a good person i think, but i still dont think him and Mia suit...i just don't.

Absolutely Michael. Even he must have appeared in the Princess Diaries 2. I don't know why it turned out to be other character. This is kinda teen story that I rate as best, but the second movie depiction ruined it a little -__-

PS:Michael in the movie is good, I like Robert Schwartzman :)

michael is not my favorite of cabot's boys (i LOVE rob and jesse) but he really did love mia and she really loved him. JP was seemingly perfect for her, but he bored her and he didn't really love her. they should have stayed friends. so yeah michael.

How could anyone think JP is better for Mia? He was only dating her because she was a princess, he didn't love her, he completely ruined her friendship with Lily, and so many more terrible thing. Michael is sweet and genuinely loves her. He only left to show the world he was good enough to date a princess. He was caring and I love him! I hope I can find a guy like Michael Moscovitz someday.

Michael. definitely. and think about that weird smell- thing, too. maybe it was just me, but I was kind of like "JP is never going to be the best because Michael just smells better."
