"Well...that's not entirely correct. They've got to be caught in the act firstly, to kill one." Jones corrected her.

"We could always set one of them up." Aly said.
"This is for the greater good of the city Jones. We've got to do this!" Ryder argued.Jones sighed. "What's the plan?"
"I like the trap idea." Nia said.
"Any ideas on how to make it work?" Aly asked
Nia shook her head, "If we go to the Hotel Dumort Evanegline will know we're there instantly."
"Well have to catch them outside of the Hotel. and since the werewolves are planning on attacking tommorow, tonight's our only chance." Aly said
"So they've got to be doing something baaaaad for us to catch them and make them owe us something. What could it be?" Ryder asked.
"Hm... well they're all scared to death of Evangeline, if they were caught violating one of her rules and we threatened to tell her... they'd do anything we say.'
"Great one. Which rule?" Ryder continued.
Nik stood up and rolled his shoulders back. "I'll be back in a minute. If we're doing this, I need my gear." He walked out of the room.
Ryder nodded and turned back to the rest.
Nik came back, his gear strapped on. He twisted around and slid his sword into it's sheath. "How about the rule that they can't kill a human? That's one of ours."
"We'll need a human then. Very well." Ryder nodded.
He smiled. "Well, this is New York. I'd say there's plenty of mundanes."
"But it'd have to kill the mundane to break the rule, and that's murder." Nia argued.
Aly nodded in agreement. "We have to find some other way."
Ryder sighed. "Back to square one it is then. Maybe we catch them illegally feeding on something?"
"Like what? One of us?" He raised an eyebrow in inquiry.
"If you're willing to donate Nephilim blood to a down-worlder." he sighed.
"I've done it before." He said, shrugging.
Aly raised an eyebrow but didn't say anything.
"The thing is, we might not save you in time," Nia said, "I mean we could try, but there's a chance it won't work."
"But are we willing to take the risk?" Ryder raised an eyebrow.
'I think that's up to Nik." Aly said. "It'd be his life."
He pondered it for a moment. "Honestly, I would rather die than face a war." Nik sighed. "I'll do it."
"The noble thing to do." Ryder patted Nik on the back. "So the set up?"
"Well, it'll be better if they didn't know you were Nephilim or they'd be less likely to take it." he started.
"Okay...so I have to use a glamour. It'd have to be really powerful in order for them not to sense it."
"Or smell it." Nia said, "And you can't have runes, either, they 'd know immediately."
"Cover up those marks real good then." Ryder reminded.
Nik sighed. His marks were like a spoil of war for him, trophies even. But, it had to be done. "All right. I'll need help."
"Of course. Mundane clothing. Full sleeves and the like." Ryder nodded.
"And you can't attack them immediately, look helpless like a real mundane." Nia said.
"Right." Aly told him "You can't let them suspect anything."
"And you have to let him bite you, otherwise we won't have anything to blackmail him with." Nia said, "Just... don't become a subjugate."
"I think we're overloading him with information he already knows. So, ready?" Ryder looked at everyone.
"Let's get started." Nik took a deep breath and let it out.
"You suited up just to have to change out." Ryder snickered at the irony before walking out to gear up.
Isabelle walked in biting her lower lip, her bluish green eyes flickering around. Her dark curls bouncing as she halfly skipped forward.
Isabelle glanced up and smiling said "hi".
ALy looked around at everyone. "You have a lot to catch up on."
Isabelle nodding said "so what's going on?"
"Well." Aly said. "It's complicated." She looked over at Nia to help her explain.
"Vampires are planning an attack on the wolves, we side with wolves. Nik's going to get a vampire to bite him to blackmail him so that we can get more information." Nia explained.
Isabelle biting her lower lip nodded as she said "okay".
