Group Index & Thread Archiving
*Each Mod is responsible to keep their Challenge Index Updated by adding new challenges and archiving the old ones. All monthly and Mini's get archived first to the 2nd Chance Folder.

Reminders for our Mods
*This is simply a reminder of the "jobs" that will help keep the group running smoothly!
1. Help Moderate Group Activity: Flag inappropriate behavior, answer questions, etc.
2. Strive to keep Group Participation up: Encourage discussions, add new threads, keep current threads updated, etc...
3. Host Challenges: The goal is 2 a month and try to keep them fun and interesting!
4. Group Upkeep: Keep your assigned Index updated, archive old threads, create new threads, etc...
5. Stay in Touch with other Mods: Try to drop by the Mod discussion thread at least once a week to stay in touch and find out whats new!
6. Just Have Fun!:: If we love the group it will catch on to the other members!
At this point I have divided out the Index boards...Just click on the board next to your name and it should take you to your index board. You can delete the info that is already there and if you want us to share our HTML from the ones we started let us know and we can set up a google doc for you.
Also as of right now there is a 2nd chance folder that does not have an index...this is a folder that is changing quite a bit so it would need to be updated often...do any of you want to take it on?

Ok I'll edit the Odds & Ends index ASAP. I can take on the second chance folder do you think it needs an index?
WooHoo Jenne!!! Way To Go! As far as the 2nd Chance Folder it's one of those things that it could use one, but I don't know how important it really is...I'll put you down for it and if you get around to it great, if not, no biggie! Keep up the good work!
I think some stuff in there probably shouldn't be...some of it requires participation from someone else and as far as I'm concerned once they go 2nd chance they're on their own. lol
Yea really I would think any of the monthlies that are more than 2 months behind the current month ought to go for sure. By then if you haven't finished you probably aren't going too.
I'll go weed it out since Jenne is going to do the Index...Jenne I'll let you know as soon as I am done!
Okay, I got the 2nd chance folder pretty cleaned out...I think there is at least a couple for each one!!!
Also in the Group Index above I was going to change it to group Index/ARchive...so when you are changing the index for the month you can also archive it...We just can NOT do it before the challenge is up. We would need to move them to 2nd chance first if it applies...but Jenne that would put you in charge of archiving the 2nd chance folder every month as we dump stuff in there...are you okay with that if not I can do it no problem:)
