She is a very happy person an likes to live life to it's fullest but don't mistake it for YOLO, she hates YOLO. She believes that it just gives you a reason to do stupid things to get yourself killed. She is really kind and sweet but she is also pretty tough and will tell you off if you are rude to her friends.
History: Chloe's mother was a very depressed women before and after the birth of her twin son and daughter because her husband had been in the military and went MIA not long after her pregnancy. She committed suicide on Chloe and Jace's 16th birthday. Jace was upset but moved on while Chole was never upset, she hated her mother for doing it. She said her mother was selfish for leaving them alone like that. They went to live with their aunt for a few years before both of them moved to California to attend Berkeley. Their lives got better as the years went on and soon the loss of their unknown father and depressed mother didn't have an effect on their lives.
Likes: Chloe loves to surf, party, read and hang out with friends.
Dislikes: She doesn't care much for party poopers and those who always follow the rules. She hates YOLO.
