To be able to combine works in different languages, and I quote Rivka (moderator), "the first thing is to add as primary author the English spelling of the author's name to each book. This allows them to be combined with editions in other languages."

I combined it with the other editions, and was wondering if http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/14... should also be combined with the others, or if I screwed up and these two should be combined alone. In the title bar of my reader and the cover at Amazon, it shows the long title, but inside the book "Myths and Legends of the Old Plantation" looks like a subtitle.

That's done Jay. Next time you create an edition, remember your author name has two spaces between first and last name to differentiate you from another Jay Allan :)

I've been able to create several additional editions of other books, but this time I got stumped. It just created a different book. The books differ a little in title, and especially in subtitle. But some of the authors are definitely the same, therefore, I'm just assuming they are essentially the same books.

Thanks for you help. I hope to get the hang of these things soon.
