I'm Distracted by the Empty Page

Page 1 is always the hardest for me. I know the ending best! Writing the parts in the middle is okay, but I need to set up an outline first to make sure I stay on track. I like the revising part too -- it helps the editor part of me see the weak spots and fix them.
