Wrong Author

I'm the author of this book, but it's been attributed to another Andrew McEwan. Can anyone help make me the author this this one? The other Andrew McEwan wrote a blog post about how it wasn't his book (in case proof is needed that its attributed wrongly).

I will move it to a third Andrew then. Anytime a book of yours is added, be aware that you need 2 spaces between the first and last name.
