Thanks I am trying to catch up as fast as i can because they are so good!
Donna, if you ever get the chance, try the audiobooks. Susan Ericksen is just incredible as narrator!

I'm rereading "Conspiracy In Death" but it's slow going because I know Eve's going to break my heart again but it's soooo worth it in the end. Getting there is so painful though.

Conspiracy tugs on the heart strings for sure. I'm like you Elle with rereading these, even going in I know what's going to happen but it still gets me every time.

Thank you. My next book is
. I have 7 novels and 2 novellas to go to be caught up.

Wow J.S. - that's awesome! You've progressed through them at a good pace. Hope you're enjoying them.

      I just started

and I'm loving Peabody's role in this (trying not to spoil).BTW, I just finished
and thought that was one of the best of the series so far. Although...they are all so good!

Sandra wrote: "Wow J.S. - that's awesome! You've progressed through them at a good pace. Hope you're enjoying them."Oh yes, I am enjoying them. Only one so far was one that we could have done without. That one is
.

So it's safe to say that Salvation is your least favorite of the series? I'm not sure what mine would be.

Yes, that would be safe to say. It's the one with the priests. The one that has less of secondary characters and a less interesting investigation.
In my audiobook listening, I'm up to Judgement in Death (for like the 3rd or 4th time). In reading, I just finished Thankless in Death. I'm waiting not so patiently in line at my online library to get to Concealed in Death. Once I have that, then I can read the novella that comes just before it. For some reason, I'm waiting to read the novella because I don't want to ever get to the last In Death book. When I get Concealed in Death, I'll know that there's something waiting for me to read. I'm like a drug addict making sure I have my next fix :-)If I had to choose a favorite so far, aside from Naked in Death because that's how it all got started, I'd choose Survivor in Death. That one was super emotional. My least favorite would be Celebrity in Death. That one was actually a chore to finish.
Going to start Ceremony in Death now. Took a break. I have a long way to go and I want to savor every minute.

Good question Sandra. I'd have to day Naked in Death is in my top 5 since it's the start and got me hooked. I'll have to review them before I list any more. I can remember plot points but want to make sure that I attribute them to the right book.

      I just finished reading

and this was great (as always) but lots of good info in this one. I'm off to start

 in between some other stuff.

I like Naked in Death, but I prefer Glory. Also, Treachery (is that the one with the crooked cops?) and New York to Dallas.

new york to dallas is my top 5 as well and Naked in death I would have at #1just because it started it all

I agree that this went to fast and I think it was my least favorite. I am excited for you to get to Possession. WOW!! that one is great!
I just finished Concealed in Death. I have read, re-read this series so many times I've lost count! My all time favorite is Glory in Death but New York to Dallas is a close second and I enjoyed Holiday a lot.

Kirsten wrote: "I agree, Sheri. But there is something just perfect about Glory."Yes, so far Glory in Death is my favorite also, but be forewarned, I just started and I am only up to book 5.=)
My favorite is Portrait then, Oh geez, several ah Seduction, Conspiracy, Ceremony. I do like Vengeance, although it is pretty gruesome. I think I like the ones where there are big changes in the relationships with the characters.

I started Concealed in Death yesterday. My favorite in the series is Innocent in Death, I have re-read that one many times. I also really likes the novella Haunted in Death, I wish that one been a full length book.

      I just finished reading

and while the case to solve wasn't my favorite, the character developments were WONDERFUL!

I just finished Ceremony in Death, it hasn't always been one of my favorite of the series but I loved some of the truly emotional scenes that were in it. Will be looking for Vengeance in Death next. I have found the UK versions covers are so pretty so I'm trying to find that version to get!
WOW. Just finished Vengeance in Death. Need some time to clear my head. What a fantastic, gripping, edge of your seat read. Roarke just gets better with each book.

I agree, Paula. The characters & relationships are developing, growing stronger, each coming into their own. And Roarke - just gets more and more special.

Glad you started the series, donna - it's addictive, though, just warning you! I've had times reading it when people had to remind me to do things - like eating and sleeping!
