No need for apologies you lead a busy life and I know that but were was Autumn's crazy awesome etched wine glass your tiny wine should have been in that or maybe your saving it for something more pink in color... either way extremely fun hangout yet again (I mean can it ever get bad?) sadly I think you will lose some of the live viewers because of school and such but thankfully I managed to have classes around that time so I'll be able to see it live Yay!

It's called "Staatsrundfunkvertrag"("State's broadcast service contract") or something like that, and is a fossilic remnant from former times when media was vinyl records and tv and radio only...
It's one of the many methods that the GEMA (who holds all media power related to broadcasting and licensing music and enforces it by any means necessary, no matter how ridiculous, surreal and shady they may be) uses to uphold their monopoly to raise a load of money to line their pockets with. Sadlily they're playing the system because they are part of it, hence why it's difficult to fight those guys.

Basically they're "the man", the real one.
