Dee Sauter (indeathaddict) | 1070 comments The only time I went I made a concerted effort to read it from Naked in Death to Fantasy in Death was when my girlfriend and I read it together. I think it took us about 2 or 3 weeks. I will NEVER do that again! I really got burned out with the crimes. I still reread them but they are more hit and miss.

Two or three weeks???? You must have been reading day and night!

The first time I read the series it took me three MONTHS to Fantasy in Death, which was the last book at that time.

Quynh (quynh_o) | 1269 comments I read it all up to Imitation in a few weeks. Then I had school and waited til summer to catch up on individual releases as they came out.

Sara ♥ (saranicole) | 1038 comments I read Naked in 4 days, took a week off while I finished a reading challenge, read Glory & Immortal in 2 days (combined). Took 3 weeks off while I acquired more audiobooks, then read Rapture-Treachery from Feb 20, 2011 - Jun 8, 2011. All audiobooks.

So like 4-ish months total from Naked to Treachery.

We pretty much did it that way. Like I said I would NEVER do that again. She was staying at my house and since I was having a bad time she got me reading the series.

Oh, Dee, that must have really helped what ailed you. And, how much fun was that to have someone by your side while reading the series at the same time! My sisters-in-law encouraged me to read the series and we talked about the books each week. How I would have loved to do it the way you did.

TinaNoir | 106 comments 17 years. LOL. I've been reading in real time. So 2 books a year as they've come out since 1995.

My husband had been sick, and I went to the hospital and about 10 doctors and nurses were in there. His BP had dropped seriously low. I really thought he was dying. As it happened, he got better but ended up having to go to an assisted living place. If it wasn't for my girlfriends and my dog it would have been so much worse.
