Isn't it fascinating how all these are combined: all have the title Twelve Dancing Princesses, but there are lots of different authors here. How did this happen?
The way I found this was I was trying to combine ONE of these books by an author with THREE of the same books by the same author. Should be a routine combination. But the combine page then asked me "Are you sure you want to combine these 53 editions with these editions?" What? What 53 editions?
I think it's more a bug than anything. A lot of the combines being done are by experienced librarians. Also the primary author for most of them are not the same and there is nothing in the change log to say it was changed and then reverted after being combined.
