"Hi Sparrowtail!" said Cedarpaw. She was so excited. Eagleclaw looked on proudly. She couldn'y mentor Cedarpaw anymore, but she could she her do well.

"Hi, wanna go hunting?" Sparrowtail asked.

"Sure!" They padded off into the trees. Would Sparrowtail assess her skills, or would they just hunt? Cedarpaw was so excited!

Sparrrowtail scanned the trees. Soon she spotted a vole.

Cedarpaw crept carefully forward, making sure to stay downwind of the vole

After a great hunt with her new mentor, Cedarpaw padded back to camp with her freshkill. She dropped it all on the pile and chose a squirrel to share

Cedarpaw couldn't sleep now that it was evening. she was too full of energy from the excitement of a new mentor. She padded over to the other side of the nest to look for friends to wake up who werent out cold.

Eagleclaw sighed contentedly. Everything was working out fine. suddenly she smelled something on the moss that wasnt water or even fungus. It smelled... not good. She quickly bounded over to the medicine cats den to find out about it. ((do we have a medicine cat yet?))

Sunear walked around the perimiter of the camp, looking for any intruders. She saw a rabbit. She lunged for it, clawing at it. She brought it back to the food pile and resumed her watch.

Sparrowtail grabbed a vole from the pile.

"Giaa!" Sunear yelled. She looked around for the sourse of the big noise she heard. She found it, a tree had fallen, "Phew... just a tree..." She ran back into camp to tell the apprentices and warriors, so they wouldn't lose their direction because of it or something.

Sparrowtail slowly ate it, savoring the flavor.

Sunear ran up to Sparrowtail, "Sparrowtail! sorry to interru[t you! Just thought I should tell you there's a newly fallen tree close to camp, between it and he river, about halfway between them! Gotta go tell the others, bye!" She ran off.

Sparrowtail blinked. All she heard was something about a tree.

Sunear grinned, "Moonstar! Just letting you know, there's a newly fallen tree between the camp and the river, halfway between! Just wanted to let everyone know so noone oses their way because of it..."
