ABANDONED. Boy makes wish on 11:11- parents/zombies start attacking

Ok, so I read this book when I was younger and it scared the crap out of me, but I can't remember then title. I know it was a childrens/YA fiction book, most likely around the early 2000's, though it could have been earlier. This is what I remember from it-

There was a boy who lived on some island or by water. His parents had gone out on a boat with some other people a few years ago and had died in a storm. He now lives with his grandma/or aunt in a lighthouse. Someone tells him that if he makes a wish on 11:11 it will come true, so he wishes that his parents were back. Well, that night during a party at their house, a bunch of evil zombie-like people start attacking. It is his parents and the other people who died on the boat- when he wished for them to come back he wasn't specific enough and they came back just as they were. I also remember him putting charms and such in the corners of the house to try to ward them off.

Was it a book of short stories? This one has a story called 11:11

Scary Story Reader can be viewed on Books.Google.com. Unfortunately, the short story "11:11" doesn't match Melinda's description.

Yes, I checked the 11:11 story from Scary Story Reader but unfortunately it wasn't it. It sounded so promising though!

I don't believe it was part of a series, though I wouldn't rule it out. I feel like the cover may have had the lighthouse one it, though I could be wrong about that also. It was present day and I believe it was in America.
