Has anyone here ever tried constructing a focus board to hand in his/her office or writing space?
If you aren't familiar with what one is, essentially a focus board is paper or poster board covered with phrases or pictures of things you are working towards achieving over a given period of time. It encourages you to see your goal in a more blatantly visual way, tapping your brain somewhat differently than just a traditional WIIFM card.
Do you have one? Mine from last year was VERY helpful and I expect great things from this year's also! ~Shannon
