It is the future (no date specified) and the Annual Hunger Games are in full swing, as always. Back in the wealthier districts, 1-6, training is taking place for children from ages 8-18. These children have been lucky enough to either have earned a scholarship to the Camp Hunger Games, or they have paid a large sum to be able to go the Camp. (The children are not allowed to leave, this is a camp from the age 8 until they die, are selected in the Hunger Games, are fired, or quit.) Either way, they are in hardcore training for the Hunger Games, whether their like it or not.
You may Create-A-Character for this, choosing their age, name, special talents, etc. and roleplay as you wish in the areas that are made for roleplaying. I don't care how many characters that you make, just make sure that you are able to handle all of them, meaning that you roleplay as all of them. Eventually, the Hunger Games will start to go on, and there will be more roleplaying options available for then. But for now, just have fun! :)
