I think she should be with Will. Me and my girlfriends have long discussions on this topic and we have come down to a possible solution that Jem will die and she will take Will. But I don't know if it will end up that way it's just a suggestion. But I really want her to end up with Will!!! :)

I don't think she is really in love with Jem, I think she feels bad for Jem. She really loves Will though, but even if Jem dies or something along those line, she won't be able to be with Will, they even said it in the clockwork angel! So I think the only solution to make everyone happy is someone else comes in and sweeps Jem off his feet. It'll look a lil something like this----
