2 Truths and 1 Lie
Janissa got it right! (sorry if I spell your name wrong)I actually used to hate/really, really not like poetry because....well it's not exactly like reading a story. I now appreciate it but I sill don't really like it all that much; it's never gonna hold that same magic a book has over me!

I don't know too many people who like poetry, and I'm one of them haha. But that's cool that you do!
*forehead wrinkles in confusion* you mean it's cool that I appreciate poetry? I appreciate it, but I don't really...ah....like it. I mean I like it but....I don't! Ugh! This is hard to explain! I guess it's a love-hate kinda relationship...except take out the "love" part replacing it with "like"!

hahaha. Gosh, sorry! I think my brain is okay, lol! Aaaand I had to take a literature class in order to appreciate it in the first place. It's crazy how hard it is to write a poem/different kinds of poems! And it's also pretty interesting to find out the meaning behind the words. But boy, you sure have to dig for it! The meaning isn't always on the surface. And O.o! I'm talking about the MEANING BEHIND POEMS! What is wrong with me?!!!
Ashley wrote: "hahaha. Gosh, sorry! I think my brain is okay, lol! Aaaand I had to take a literature class in order to appreciate it in the first place. It's crazy how hard it is to write a poem/different kinds o..."I think you might be thinking too hard :PPP or maybe because it is night time.
I think for poetry, you would have to have a desire in wanting to learn what the words mean wanting and to learn how to write. I have no desire to write and I certainly have no desire to understand poetry. Did you enjoy the literature class?
@Rachel, that's awesome! I don't think I could ever really love poetry..... :P@Janisa, Yes, I did enjoy the literature class! At first I was annoyed and convinced than analyzing literature would take the fun out of reading. My literature teacher said she felt the same way when she went to a literature class for the first time and had to analyze literature, but that she found that analyzing actually adds to the fun and makes reading more enjoyable. Soooo....I'm in the middle. I don't hate analyzing and think it's worthless to learn how to but I don't love analyzing and think that there's a huge deep meaning to every work of literature. Wait, I don't have to cover the whole "worldview is portrayed through literature therefore even if a person isn't trying to make there book/whatever have a underlining main idea there always will be", right? *starts crying a bit* Oh please! This will/could go on for a long time! Just take my word for it please!
Oops! did I spell her name wrong?! Lol, I feel like it's more personal saying a person's real name (if I happen to know it) over their screen name. Like, I like referring to you as Rachel instead of mountainmist.
Poems are really hard for me to write. I love reading them though. As long as they're not too sentimental.
lol wow, never been called that name before. Ashley, you sure you aren't a comedian in real life? :P
Ohhhh, you are right! I saw that before and thought she was talking to somebody different. ok...ummmmm
Strawberryblonde wrote: "lol wow, never been called that name before. Ashley, you sure you aren't a comedian in real life? :P"I KNOW WHY I SAID?TYPED THAT!!! My subconsciousness must have been thinking of this one girl, her name I Janissa! She's an acquaintance I know/don't know :P
And as for being a comedian in real life.....hahaha. I think I just have a dry humor! Proof: I loved reading Garfield when I was younger. It was hilarious. Garfield was so mean! Loved him!!! BWAHAHAHA. Also, me and my dad will occasionally joke around and say things to each other in a very dry humored, serious way (we're not ACTUALLY being serious). There's this one girl I know who I'm kinda friends with and I remember one particular time when my dad and me just WENT AT EACH OTHER, picking on each other and such. This girl's emotions are always just written all over her face, she'll make dramatic facial expressions (I love that! It's hilarious to watch!!!) and she just got this shocked look on her face and dad and I just burst out laughing!

lol that is hilarious!! I so wish I could have seen that girl's expression. I love when people have a dry sense of humor. I never know when people are kidding so people like to tease me because they know that I believe everything. You would probably be one of those people if I knew you personally!
1. I am in love with a wonderful guy 2. I practice ballet every single day without a mistake
3. I absolutely love to sing whenever I can find a moment
Well I'd probably be one of those people....if I wasn't worried about hurting other people. I'm a "good girl" that way. It's annoying, I know. And lol! I actually have a good memory when it comes to stuff like that. Usually it's random, like something I read in a book one time or lyrics to a song I heard. Okay songs are different; I usually have all the lyrics memorized (and the tune, and...the EVERYTHING). It's a blessing...and a curse! :p )

O.o uuuuuhhhh.
1. I've only been to a drive-in ONCE.2. Until I turned 15, I'd never actually watched a 3-D movie.
3. I'm learning how to drive! (stay off the roads, people!)
You got it right Rachel! Your turn! And Anna...did you want to go next? The rules are that whoever guesses what the lie get's to go next.......
#1 I just wrote someone's name on myself... :D#2 I play with Lincoln Logs alone
#3 I went swimming for the first time this summer yesterday!!!!!!
hehehe I actually did write someone's name on myself.... You got it Ashley, I haven't gone swimming at all this summer..... :(
Me too! I don't know why.....I'm not a good swimmer and I've always felt weird wearing a bathing suit..so maybe that's why :/
I haven't gone to the beach all summer... Need to remedy that.
1. I have a green thumb (in other words...I really like gardening)2. I have a notebook full of "story beginnings"; beginnings of stories I've never finished.
3. I've tried to keep a diary/journal and have succeeded!!! I'm almost done filling a second diary/journal!!!
#2 is so true for me. I have about five notebooks filled with page-long stories I couldn't finish.
Christal wrote: "#2 is so true for me. I have about five notebooks filled with page-long stories I couldn't finish."cool! I should probably do that but I'm to afraid of someone ever finding it so I just keep them all in my head! :P
You got it right Christal. I pretty much know nothing about gardening. I mean.....I do....but I'm just not the type of person who likes getting "down and dirty". And I'm very proud of the fact that I've actually succeeded in keeping a diary/journal! (calling it a diary just sounds too....girly. Like Pink-And-Frilly kinda thing. Ugh.)
And yes I do have a notebook full of story beginnings. I've only finished writing ONE story, and reading it now, it really wasn't all that good..... :P

1. I took ballet when I was little
2. I really enjoy poetry
3. I'm not a good swimmer
