H.M | 8 comments A solid 10! I always lose the plot of films or show's! I only zoom in a very small percentage of the time!

Mzzie (mezle) | 54 comments Daydreaming is very entertaining! All the scenes and things one can imagine in just a couple of minutes is incredible!

An instantaneous movie, right?

Hahahaha, pretty much yeah. Sometimes it's even better than the movies on DVD. Haha. =]

I know right! I wonder what causes the imagination to daydream? Either way, I keep zoning out in class, myself!! :D

That's a good question/good thing to wonder. Maybe it's just a vacation for the mind when things around us stop capturing our attention. Basically when we have nothing better to do haha =]

Well, if that was true...

- No wonder I don't pay attention in class! xD

Still, like you guys mentioned earlier, the scenarios one can come up with in the process of a minute is simply dazzling. I'm sure everyone would be a good author, if they managed to write down those daydreams in time. They could base a book around a re-occurring daydreams. For example, I had a dream and a daydream revolving around a castle in the sky and pirates today. I can't exactly remember the plot, but I do know it was a thrilling expedition and the exhilarating chase of avoiding pirates was one I really wish I could remember better.

Like I said, I don't remember the details exactly, but I'm thinking of writing a short story on it to see how the characters and setting pan out together.

Sounds interesting! And that is a great idea, to be able to write a story based on ones daydreams.

This is how much I daydream too, I read a lot also which increases the amount of daydreaming I do. I sit in front of the computer with a writing software program open writing down daydreams. Yea, daydreaming all day long :)

i unofficially self diagnosidly have Maladaptive daydreaming.

i am a lucid dreamer so i can control my dreams and i dream literally every single other second. My dreams can become a book if i didn't dream about universes like hogwarts and middle earth or w/e im into at that time (currently its k-pop).

I have this ultimate dream that is comprised out of many other dreams. the dream is that i had a car crash and when i was hanging between conciusnous and unconshiousness i saw a spirit like figure which was actually the avatar in the spirit world and i grabbed onto him to ask for help but i was instead drawn into the world of the last air bender only waaay before that. like..the first ever avatar. anad because i held onto his spirit form i was attached to the avatar spirit (Which gets re-born) so i also got reborn in the same element the avatar is first born into and i always had to be reborn but i always at the age of 16 or depends i always get my memories back from my past lives and always on my mind is my original world where i didn't know wether my mum and siblings were still alive and i wanted to go back to my real world. i kept on re-living thousands of years inside the avatar world until finally i was re-born as the avatar and was able to break my re-born cycle and once i died as the avatar i got re-born into a new world. could've been the harry potter world or anything. i kept on getting reborn into new worlds which are the 'secondary' worlds. ours is the 'primary' world and there is an upper world with people who look over the different worlds and choose different people to be world travellers (me being one of them) and i kept on getting reborn and going throuhg many events both good and bad, kept on loving then loving again, dieing in numourous ways some peacful others cruel or painful and depending on what the people from the upper world chose, i would remmeber my past lives at different points in time or i wouldn't at all or i would rememebr certain worlds. but i always had to be part of the action. e.g if it was the harry potter world i had to be close to harry somehow. like maybe his son's girlfriend or maybe his long lost sister or maybe a second girl who lived (cause i got the world's idea fro the books/movies so i had to follow the plot line of the world) .

when i finally woke up in my world at the crash site i was able to save my parents. the uppers gave me a gift of my real world as a test (as in, a copy of the real world) so i could see what i can do to save my family and in that fake world i discovered that the other car that crashed into mine had a 6 year old boy in it who died in the fake world so in the real world i was able to save him and my family. as a sing that i was a world traveller i got an ear cuff that was gold. bronze ment that you travelled in hundreds of worlds, silver is in thousands, gold is in millions but i personally travelled in billions or even mroe so i sjould of gotten diamon but the uppers thought itd be too inconviniant ^^'
and i had to live the rest of my life with the memories of the old ones but i coudl also use all of my ast experiances in my real one. as a gift for being a traveller the uppers gave me an empty world. so whenever i went to sleep i still got a satisfying sleep but i was also able to build my own world. i could be w/e i want in the world like a god or a queen or a beggar. and i let the world expand and manifest itself and i pitched in now and then. the ear cuff can be used to comunicate and ask the uppers qeustions. i could also at any time enter a world i want (like if i watched a new movie i could enter that world and live it out but of cource id have t live the full life of it.) i also as a traveller was summoned to different worlds that needed help. or to dying worlds (worlds of forgotten books, dreams, memories) to help save them.

Really? Nice. I'll admit, I'm in the same boat - currently have 2 ideas for 2 different books I wish to write, but I need to develop the plot and characters, first. The basic outline in my head is far from enough, as it is.

(Then again, they both sort of involve an apocalypse of some sort... O.o)

Anyway, I hope your daydreams are thorough enough to guide you to the other side. :) :P
Best of luck with that story, Melissa! :)
