{Strengths} She has the ability to control anything that has anything to do with grapes, being a child of the god Dionysus. Also, swordplay is one of her strengths as well; she happens to be surprisingly good at it.
{Weaknesses} Anticipating what others will do next; she kind of just has to go with the flow. She's also not particularly good at balancing herself, therefore she has to move around a lot. It's hard for her to just "stand still."

Mostly an introvert, Charlie doesn't much enjoy socializing unless it's with friends or people she likes or enjoys talking to and hanging out with. If you try to talk to her, she'll talk, but she's pretty awkward. If you talk to her directly, she may make a fool of herself, but she knows this and therefore she really doesn't talk too much to people she either doesn't know or is unfamiliar with.
Like the rain, she's always there but not always to be seen. If you need her, she'll be there otherwise it's usually hard to find her. She's like The Phantom in some ways. If you don't really need her and you look for her, it's going to be pretty difficult to find her. But if you need her, she'll be there; she's extremely loyal.
If its not a truly bad situation, sometimes Charlie just makes it worse, but she doesn't mean to. She is just trying to help, but at times it turns out worse than others.

Charlie doesn't have one mean bone in her body; she always tries to see the best in people, and she also always tries to see the best in life. Sometimes, she can be over-positive and it can get quite irritating, as sometimes she just doesn't understand that people are bummed out. She always wants to make everyone happy.

{History}
Charlie had never been one to be specifically mean. So when she was in sixth grade and she was being bullied, she just let them do it. Never stood up for herself. They teased her, taunted her, pushed her, broke her. Which is one of the reasons she is the way she is today; she doesn't really talk to people or trust them. But one day, things turned all around. One girl shoved her, and Charlie somehow manages to soak her in...wine? Nobody could fathom how this had happened...and later on she was brought to Camp Half-Blood.

History: Raised in Connecticut until 11, she always was made fun of for being weird and strange... a lot. Even though she was homeschooled, people always thought she didn't have friends and nobody was like-minded. Well guess what- she didn't have friends because nobody was like-minded. Now, she's in Camp-Half Blood, and things have barely changed.
