Unable to access both of my books on my Dashboard

I have published two novels, one using a pen name (Elizabeth Darcy) and one using my real name (Nicole Ciacchella). When I set up my Goodreads author account, I had only published the book under my pen name, so my author page reflects this. However, when I try to add my new book, Creators, to my profile, the system will not allow it because the author name is Nicole Ciacchella and not Elizabeth Darcy. Is it possible to somehow merge these two profiles (I'm very open about Elizabeth Darcy being my pen name anyway) or will I need separate accounts so I can view the Dashboards for both profiles?

I have added both names to the book The creators so it appears on your author profile. We add books with the names on the cover so there would be two profiles.

You can claim both profiles but would need to use different email address for each. The other thing we normally do is add hyperlinks to each profile in the author description area.

Edit: I have added a hyperlink to the Nicole Ciacchella profile but cannot edit the other profile since you manage it yourself
