Would you read another book with a plot like Harry Potter?

Is it self-published? Because if it is, i want to read it! have you put a copyright on it. Please do, i'd hate for it to get stolen.
I will read it. HP is so popular, I imagine that people will want to read a book like it. Good luck!

I can tell you that most books I read remind me of Harry Potter, but that is because I love the books and have grown with them and so naturally they grew on me. For example, when I started reading Christopher Paolini's Inheritence Cycle, I found many parallels between Eragon and Harry Potter becuase I was looking for them.
So at the end of this essay, I would conclude that I would read your book because it sounds interesting and a plot twist is always something readers are looking for.

Good Luck! :D

That's amazing!
Oh please also post it online!
Books ever hardly come to the country I am current living on, here we don't have many libraries. :(

I have been told the synopsis and plot sounds like Harry Potter, but reminds people of the following: Juno (mainly her personality), Kick Ass, Hancock, as well as Pippi Longstocking.
That's all fine with me, except I wonder.... will readers be willing to read a book that sounds too much like Harry Potter? Or will they blow it off?
My book is like Harry Potter in the plot (that is, until you get to the real huge plot twist). However, it's nothing like Harry Potter in general. Here is my synopsis if you have not gone to the above link.
Souls are at stake, the world needs a hero, and snarky Meriwether Brookes is the right girl for the job.
Meriwether Brookes is a prank-pulling genius. With her most recent escapade landing her an expulsion, she is taken away from the only place that has ever felt like home and put back into the foster system, yet again. Then, a girl flying outside her bedroom window turns Meri's life upside down when she tells Meri she is a Super (superhero), and that Meri is one as well.
It's a hard-knock life being a 14-year-old orphan, but things aren't about to get any easier as she faces her destiny as the only Super who can defeat the Shadowmaker: the very villain who killed her parents. As Meri prepares for her showdown with the Shadowmaker, she uncovers a well kept secret that will change everything.
Thanks! :)
