Like the Around the World Challange a lot of us are in, there aren't many rules here. If you'd like to add a couple rules for yourself, i.e., choosing only authors you've never read before, or be really organized, you can do so.
Keep things neat. You're more then welcome to create a thread any new threads. However, please check to make sure there isn't already a thread for what you want to discuss.
Please list everything in the appropriate folder. For instance, a book set in Montreal written by an author living in New Brunswick would be listed in the Quebec folder, and the author would be listed in New Brunswick authors.
If there is a folder you'd you to see, or you have any questions, feel free to ask. Likewise, any suggestions or comments can be listed in the Feedback thread or in the General information folder.
People can choose setting, author, or both, depending on their personal preference or what works best for them. I'm going to do setting because it worked out better for me personally in the Around the World Challange.
The challange will be from January 1 2013 to December 31, 2013.
It would be nice if people created their lists ahead of time and posted them on here, but it's not a requirement- you can create them as you go, if that works better for you.
I do ask that, once the challange starts, people post books they've read for the challange or are currently reading, because I'm curious about what everyone's reading and to possibly get ideas for what I want to read. Eventually, there will be a "Where in Canada are you?" thread, where people can post books they're currently reading or listening to if they so desire.

I am reading books based on setting, so Canada would work because it's set in Saskatchewan.

Canada works. It's set in Saskatchewan. I'm actually planning to read it as my Saskatchewan choice.

I did not know that - and I have family from Saskatchewan so that will work well in talking to them too.
