Gave 5 star rating to: Protection for Hire by Camy Tang. Am starting to read the sequel: A Dangerous Stage.
This plot really moves and I love the main character, Tessa, who works as a bodyguard.
Evidently this author is exclusively self-publishing now (per her website).

RAPID AGENDA by Maureen A. Miller.
I enjoy strong characters, low angst, Proximity/Danger trope with a HEA. This one moves right along - I love the cover and enjoyed the ride, 5 Stars with nearly a Clean read.

Shifters in the Night|58079726]Shifters in the Night by Molly Harper.
I have enjoyed this light-hearted & quirky series. It’s a light fantasy escape with shifters and many unusual characters. I don’t recommend beginning with “Shifters,” however as a story arch continues throughout and characters from previous books cross into each of the following books. I reader “could” jump in at any point, but the some of the context would be missed.

Heathcliff Lennox - France 1918: A wartime romance - a short story prequel to the Heathcliff Lennox Murder Mystery series by Karen Baugh Menuhin
This is a short prequel intro to the 2 main characters in this series. I was impressed enough to have ordered both the audio version of book #1 and the E version of #2. The tone seems to compare with Classic Mysteries by: Sayers/Lord Peter Whimsey, Allingham/Albert Campion, Christie/Hercule Poirot, and more recently Sally Wight’s/Ben Reece mysteries.
