Lilly sat on the sand, thinking about her parents divorce. Salty tears ran down her cheeks as the cool breeze picked up. Why can't my family just be normal? She thought to herself as she looked at the water through blurry, teary eyes. Sad, alone and cold she zipped up her neon pink hoodie.
Bianca walked out to the sea thinking about nothing inpertucleur. She noticed a girl crying but didn't want to desterb her.
Ryder walked along the beach by himself, gazing up at the clouds, looking for shapes.
Lilly wiped her tears and sighed. She was just going to have to stay strong.
Ryder was still facing the sky and walking when he tripped over a girl sitting on the beach. "Oh shit sorry." He said to the girl.
"It's okay." She said in her normal soft sweet tone of voice.
"Are you sure?" He asked, still concerned. "I wasn't looking were I was going..."
Lilly nodded and looked back at the water.
Lilly listened to the waves crash against the shore. This was the only place she felt peaceful. With her parents screaming at each other every minute of the day she rarely felt calm.
Erika came out onto the beach and let her chestnut hair down. She let it flow in the light breeze. A content smile crossed her lips.Out here she wasn't the nerd, teachers pet, or the pregnant girl. Here she was just her. Erika. And she loved that feeling...
Tessa walks down the beach her head pounding because of the light.
She stands on a cliff and watches the water. is it worth it? Do i want to live this way? she thought to herself.
Dylan got to the top just as she jumped. He dived and grabbed her arm. "I won't let go." he said over the ledge. He dragged her back up and held her in his arms.

Erika watched as a girl failed to jump over and a boy snatched her. She had almost screamed, but she held her hand over her heart, as though trying to slow down its rapid pace.

Ryder pulls up and helps Tessa off the bike. "Come on. Let's go."
Tessa takes off the helmet and fixed her hair "Ok."
Ryder takes her hand and pulls her onto the beach. They sit down. He lets the wind blow over his face and smiles.
Tessa laughs at him then thinks he really is amazing to herself happy her thoughts are her own
"Much better." Ryder tells her and keeps his hand over hers. He watches the waves and wishes it wasn't so cold.
"Much better?" Tessa asked looking at him.
"I can't stand being inside." Ryder tells her. "It gets to me sometimes."
"Oh makes sense. I'm not used to being inside so...... It's a nice change in this matter." Tessa stood and walked towards the water.
Ryder kicks off his shoes and rolls his jeans twice before following her. He sticks his toes in the water and wiggles them. It was cold but soothing.
"You like the cold?" Tessa asked with a smile her black boots still on.
"Some. I ran away from 75 degree days for what should have been life." He sighed. "Now it reminds me I'm not my parents."
"Oh." Tessa stepped back from the water then kicked her shoes off squired out of her jacket then pushed of her jeans leaving her in shorts and a tank top. she climbed the cliff that hung above the water then dived in.
Ryder decided to follow her. He stripped off his shirt, but left on his cuffed jeans. He flipped off the cliff laughing and made a big splash.
Tessa thrown under by the waves he made poped back up laughing
Ryder grinned. The water was frigid, but it woke him up. This was a girl he could keep up with.
Tessa smiled happy for the cold
Ryder swam over to her. "Well that was fun."
"Yes fun and very cold" She laughed putting her arms around herself shivering.
"Let's go back to the shore, then." Ryder told her.
Tessa swam till it got low enough to walk. She shivered again grinning. "I think the water was warmer." She said. Then she sat on the beach.
Ryder went next to her and wrapped his arms around her, willing for his body heat to radiate onto her.
Tessa leaned her head against his chest. with everything happening she pushes him back into the sand and kisses him. She sits up cussing "Well I'm stupid" she smiled though
Ryder laughs too. "A bit of sand never hurt anybody."
"That's not what i ment." Tessa said laughing
"What did you mean?" He asked, curious.
"Losing control of my thinking." She sits up chuckling and smiling muttering under her breath
"It happens." He smiles. "To me all the time." Ryder kisses her this time. "Like now." He murmurs.
Tessa keeps kissing him "For both of us I guess." Smiling against his lips.
