These are the "Bill" awards:Best webcomic ever (the Gold Standard): The Phoenix Requiem by Sarah Ellerton (now complete)
Best "I don't know how to classify it but I love it:" Pibgorn by Brook McEldowny
Best humorous webcomic: Out of My Element by Jim & Alli Perry
Best dramatic fantasy: Boston Metaphysical Society by Madeline Holly-Rosing
Most complete and engaging fantasy world: Snow By Night by Mythmakers LLC
Best D&D fantasy: Amya by Savannah McIntyre
Delightfully odd even if not #1: Wondermark by David Malki
Wish it would have lasted longer: Wooden Rose by Tami Wicinas
Those I avoid like the plague: Anything with chibis or superheroes.

That ought to rattle a few cages. :)
Strictly my opinions. You are welcome to disagree as long as you remain respectful.
Pibgorn is excellent; I read it every day but I suspect that in some respects it might be best to get the books or do an archive crawl if GoComics permits for a better sense of the storyline.

There are actually several complete stories to date so you don't have to go all the way back to the creation of the world. Current story started after Christmas 2012 so you don't have to go very far back to catch up on this one.
This is the second story in which Satori has appeared.
