Based on the fact that the selling document, i.e. the book's description, consists of 82 words and contains four spelling and other errors, I wouldn't even consider reading it. That's a very high five percent error rate. To put it in perspective, a 50,000 word book, a relatively short length, would have more than 2,400 errors. Unacceptable by any decent publishing standard.
