The Vampire Hunter/Neteru series by L.A. Banks. The main heroine is Black, the main male love interest is half Latino/half Black and the majority of the cast of characters are POC. Males AND females. Also, this author wasn't afraid to take on the realities of interracial romances of all sorts of types. There are white people in this series but it's not from their perspective which is something that I've found rare in the PNR/UF world.
L.A. Banks was a great writer and the world will miss her.
I'd put cover images in this post, but... I have no idea how to.

I just read the book Night Hawk by Beverly Jenkins that I downloaded awhile ago. LOVED it, loved the Preacher. I went back to my keeper shelf and dug out one of her earlier books where he had appeared just to refresh my memory.Something Like Love. I think Neil July is still my favorite BJ hero. A train robber, a gun slinger-- talk about dangerous and sexy. Anyone else got a fix on the July gang?
