Hello,

This edition (http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/13...) has been canceled by Europa Editions, and will instead be published in the US by Haus Publishing (this edition http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/15...). Can the two be combined and the Europa edition either be deleted or marked as canceled?

Ingram has canceled and suppressed the title but it looks like that happened after it already fed to Goodreads. Email me for more info if you need it. Thanks!
