Missing large cover

Hi, I noticed that my large cover seems to have gone missing and I don't see how to add it back in. I uploaded a version to this site:

If someone could help, I'd appreciate it. I think this might be why my new site is having troubles processing the widget. Thank you!

It looks like the original cover image got corrupted. I've reset it to the new image you've provided and it should be showing in all sizes now.
