Has anyone read a romance book (young adult) where the leading male was similar to Travis? I just loved everything about his character and was hoping to read another novel with someone who had similar attributes!

In my opinion I would consider Travis one of a kind lol.
But Young Love Murder kind of has a Travis character to him, though his name is Gabe. As in ladies man falling for one girl that's completely different. Though in this book instead of girl secretly being a crazy good poker player and gambler, shes a knife bearing assassin! :) I would also suggest The Duff: Designated Ugly Fat Friend again a player falling for a girl that's different.
Those are the only two I can think of at the moment. Hope I helped a bit. :)

Not really YA and not really what you are asking for, but I am so taken by these books that I feel is my duty to recommend them.;-) (I didn't see anything in the books that a YA can't read). You can try "The Neighbors from Hell" from R.L Mathewson. They are contemporaty Romance, strong males, but instead of the typical Bad Boy, they are super super super funny, arrogant males, sexy and handsome. They fall for the "wrong" type of girl and they fall hard. The books are very sexy and funny while they can also make you cry as easily.
