The former Laguna Beach star has been slapped by another lawsuit, this one by tow-truck driver Jose Alarcon, E! News reported Wednesday. The incident has already produced two lawsuits against Wahler, who has lost both."Racial epitaphs" are, of course, a grave matter, one that should not be buried.
In this lawsuit, Alarcon alleges Wahler "committed acts of violence, threats of violence, and made racial epitaphs" towards him during the altercation. In addition, Alarcon claims Wahler's alleged rant prevented him from doing his job and were simply done "with malice" purely "on account... of race," according to E! News
Even I know that NE!! Laguna Beach is a place in California and racial epitaphs must look amazing on a headstone.....methinks they meant epithets!!

It's amazing who passes the bar these days.
I once had a professor for History of Mexican and Chicano Art, who spoke quite enthusiastically of Mexican gravestones and their epithets.

I like that my 22 year old grandson communicates with his grandmother on Facebook. I just wish he wouldn't talk all the time about going to the "wreck center!"
Now I see the jacket is back, special for the inauguration. It's called a "Seal Fleece Jacket." It does have an image of a presidential seal, but my first thought when I saw was of the animal.
Seals don't have fleece!
