Rebecca Nolan (rnolanauthor) Hi there, my publisher often adds my books and at frist they were getting assigned to a completely different Rebecca Nolan. When I asked how to stop this i was told that she needed to add a double space between my first and last, which my publisher recently did. But now somehow I notice that one book i had self published which is no longer around and the new one my publisher just added are assigned to another http://www.goodreads.com/author/show/...
I assume that someone added my self published novel for me and then didnt assign it to my actual goodreads author profile which is http://www.goodreads.com/author/show/...
Is there anyway to get Death Lilly assigned to my actual goodreads author profile while deleting the other book and profile as niether are around. And if so, does that mean that my publisher can go back to adding the double space?
I am so confused and would like to not have to continuely ask for someone to assign for me.
Thank you.

Amanda | 2442 comments Looks like your author profile actually has 3 spaces, rather than 2. Your publisher will need to add the triple space, rather than a double, to get the books on your profile.

I've posted to the appropriate thread to have the wrong profile merged with the correct one (this will move the books over to your profile).

We don't delete books that have been published, even if they are no longer available.

Rebecca Nolan (rnolanauthor) Ok and thank you, I will let her know that 3 spaces are now needed.

Your profile is now the two-space one, as there do not appear to be any other authors with the name except for you and the single-space author.

However, if books import (as opposed to being added manually), they will need to be edited to move them over to your profile.
