I know this book just came out 2 months ago but I was wondering if anyone has read it/heard anything about it. It's currently Amazon's Kindle daily deal for $1.99! I am probably going to buy it because Macbeth was the only Shakespeare I actually enjoyed.

I had never heard of this book, Macbeth: A Novel, but after looking at it I admit it sounds interesting. Did you buy a copy, Kelly?
If so, you will have to let us know what you think. I had set a personal goal for myself this year to read at least one Shapespeare book a month, but admit I am failing in my goal, as I have only read three so far this year. But maybe reading something like Macbeth: A Novel would motivate me to then read the actual, original Macbeth.

I did end up buying it Sheila. I'm in the middle of two books right now but when I'm finished with those I will start Macbeth and I will definitely let you all know! Good luck with your goal! I know Shakespeare was like a chore for me when I had to read it, lol!
