This is a short story where it is revealed that all of the characters in the story died in a big (nuclear, I think) event. Their memories were put into a computer, and their memories live the same day every day while the computer tests advertising on them. One man figures out that something is up, and the story is that he explores until he finds out the horrifying truth.
