Pay no attention (like) what. so. evah! I have 5 daughters and they all give me crap (constantly) about my YouTube videos, my Facebook posts, my Instagram, and my general use of slang. I just roll my eyes and embarrass them every chance I get ; ) lol!

Woot, woot! Its been a really good day! The weather is finally warming up--it got to 45 F today and bright and sunny! YAY! Supposed to be in the 60s on Easter Sunday!!! Also had a great morning with the preschool kids--we took them to the library today! That's always fun! Hubby and I had lunch together, too! Tessa had school pictures today and she looked just adorable! And THEN I won the March member of the month! Could this day have been any better?

Also found out that one of Darryl's (hubby) main guys under him quit today. So he's going to have to train someone to replace him. This means he will be working both 2nd and 3rd shift for about a month. The hidden lining--I can hold off looking for a summer part time job for the moment--and loads of $ with all that Overtime!

Lol woot woot for an awesome day! I don't want to brag, but my day was perfect too! I edited 80 pages of Water & Storm Country, then Adele and I hiked the Tet Paul trail in St Lucia. There were the most beautiful views! And then, happy but tired, we hiked to this volcano where they have mud baths! We covered ourselves in mud and then soaked in the hot baths, AMAZING! One of my favorite things ever :) I'll post a pic or two on Facebook soon!

We celebrated my aunt's 73rd birthday with her and we bought a berry pie for her. Well, Adele was responsible for getting the candles. We lit them and my aunt went to blow them out...and then they kept relighting themselves! Hahaha! Adele had accidentally bought trick candles and had no idea so we were all surprised when the candles could not be blown out :)

Cool story, David!

Reminds me of my 17th birthday. It was my first birthday having to work (Subway), and my mom decided to surprise me with a cake and presents.

I was ringing up my customer and she looked toward the door and said, "Someone has a fire out there!"

Then that someone turned out to be my mom with a big cake, candles lit, coming right into the door singing Happy Birthday. Not only were the candles trick candles, they were also extremely good at burning. The flames reached nearly three inches high and the smell of sulfur quickly spread through the whole store. I ended up having to spray them with the water we used to prepare bread for the proofer to put them out.

The sulfur spiked cake was a total loss, but I'll never forget that birthday.
