I have been inspired to hear what fabulous things are going on in other peoples lives. I have found that even when things might not being so great, there is always one thing, no matter how big or small, that is totally awesome!!

For example: I am soooooo happy that these fireworks are over and my kids finally fell asleep!!! LOL

Another thing is that, as some of you know, I am writing my first paranormal romance novel. My lead male character, oh, yum! I started in February, and just today I hit over 41,000 words and the day ain't over yet!! I'm so psyched!

Ok, well, not so inspiring first...I lost about 4,000 words from my book. It didn't save and I'm really upset. I worked so hard all day yesterday. I cried a lot last night.

On the other hand, I know I'll get through this. LESSON LEARNED!!

The way I look at it?
Is my cup half empty or half full?...
Doesnt matter, either way, there is still room for more wine!!

Ok, things were not as bad as I thought. I might have only lost about 2,000 words instead of 4,000. I am currently getting over the initial shock. Taking lots a lessons from this experience. And I have already started re writing all that is lost!!

Can I get a woot woot for Dvora? I'm so impressed by the fact that she's writing her first book and twice she's lost significant word count because of technical issues and yet she's so positive and just keeps on writing. I cried when I had my first technical issue and lost 5,000 words and the ending of my first children's book. So woot woot to Dvora for her energy and optimism!

David, I can't put into the proper words how much that means to me. Once I realized that the files were lost and there was nothing I could do, I felt defeated. Especially when it happened twice in a row. But this book means so much to me and I really want to share it with everyone. So I'm pushing myself to finish it.

David, thank you for the continued support, words of encouragement, advice and friendship. It really means so much. Now I really feel like I have to work hard on this book so everyone loves it. No pressure!! LOLOL
