I want to make some changes to my listing. There is no metadata and the book has now been published on kobo. How do I go about this? When I click on edit details - the page does not include the kobo links etc, and the metadata tab just brings up no metadata added with no option of adding it. I'm probably being very stupid but...

You have one edition already - the Kindle Editionhttp://www.goodreads.com/work/edition...
To add the Kobo details you need to add another edition. If you follow the link above, on the right hand side of the screen is add new edition - complete the details on the form.
Once added post back here for the 2 editions to be combined.
We do not change data on existing editions

Users when they read and review the book, add the metadataSo if you go to the book page and add a review there is an option to add meta data
Thank you. I have done that. Can you also tell me why the thumbnail of the cover of the book is not appearing? The cover is loaded and appears on the book page but not elsewhere.
It's a caching issue. It should resolve itself in ~24 or so from when the cover was uploaded.

Where is the thumbnail not appearing correctly for you? I just checked, I'm seeing it everywhere it should be.

Very odd; I'm seeing the thumbnails correctly in both those places. Maybe try deleting your browser's cookies? (Or does anyone else know more about why she wouldn't be able to see the thumbnails correctly?)
Zoe, try clearing your browser's cache and restarting your browser.
I have done that and the thumbnail still isn't there. But if everyone else can see it, then it isn't so much of a problem.
