Okay, since no one has gotten this "roleing" yet, I'll start.

Name: Ankali
Age: 364 (dragons live to be about 1000, btw)
Gender: Female
Position: Dragon
Personality: Wise, strong but hot tempered. Very well disciplined though.
Appearance: White and light gray
Romantic Attatchments: Open (if you want to make one of your dragons have an attatchment to her, feel free, just make sure somebody else hasn't had an attatchment to her yet)
Other Info: Was abandoned at birth, was raised by an anonymous dragon in Thangor. She was trained by the dragonlord Tairue
Living Where?: Thangor, but goes to the outskirts of Fuluse often to be near Tairue

Position: Dragonlord AND royalty (he is Duke of Sinnu, a small city in Fuluse)
Personality: Fiery, self-sufficient, quick to anger but quick to cool, often does things he resents later.
Appearance: Tall, curly brown hair, hazel eyes, very muscular
Romantic Attatchments: Always seems to have a girl with him, but they never last long
Other Info: He started training Ankali when he was only ten, and his father was also a dragonlord and also was the Duke of Sinnu. His mother was a peasant and his father married her even though she had low status.
Living Where?: Fuluse in the city of Sinnu (feel free to make up your own cities, but please use the same countries of Thangor, Fuluse, and Harbor)

Can dragons have a human appearance or no? Like to possibly visit places with humans? Or to do other things?

Yes. Drakonians (Drakos) have the ability to shapeshift into human form for anywhere from an hour to a month, depending on overall magical strength. If they do not transform back into a dragon once every (hour-to-motnh), they will be forced to or, in some legends, stay human forever.

They can, as Axela says, but they cannot stay in human form for more than 2 days. They can choose to stay human forever though, but there is no reversing that.

Yes, he could be a dragon-turned-human, but remember that he CANNOT change back into human and only has VERY weak dragon powers (so if his dragon side could fly, his human state can hover above ground a couple of inches, etc)
