Thanks for asking! It all started when I was thirteen years old. I'd recently read The Outsiders by S.E. Hinton and fell in love with it. I devoured all of her books, and afterwards I was upset because I couldn't find something I was interested in reading. So, one night, I decided to start writing my own novel.
It's about gangs, much like in The Outsiders. It's written rather poorly, but I learned so much by writing it. I'm currently working on revising it so it can hopefully be published and well-written one day in the near future.
After writing it, I decided to take the summer off... but, that didn't work. I started my next novel in the middle of June. Since then, I haven't been able to stop writing!
