Yeah i thought there was some flirting. I am part way through the second book so i wont say anymore
I think that is just Adrian default reaction to any female of simular age, but the more time he spent with Sydney, the more he realized he liked being with her.I never liked Adrian with Rose and kept hoping they would break up so she could be with Dimitri, but she so should have ended things between the two of them when Dimitri came back and not strung him along and cheated on him.
I love Adrian and I thought he should be with Rose (and honestly I don't like Rose because she turned Jim down -_-) but if he and Rose cant be together than I want Jim to be with Sydney.oh and did anyone wale think that Adrian and Jill have more than a shadowkiss/spirit user relationship?
I think they will be good for each other. Sydney's uptight attitude can help Adrian move on and become more responsible and maybe he can help her loosen up a bit. (I found her really dull)But there will be so many problems if they get together. *sigh*
I hope Adrian gets his happy ending. He deserves it!
its easy to see that he's hitting on her!! especially at the end right before dimitri came barging in...i think they could be good together! I was always rooting for rose and dimitri so I'm glad that they ended up together, but then there's adrian... poor sweet Adrian. I didn't want him to end up alone.. so I really hope that it'll work out between him and sydney!!! REALLY REALLY HOPE!! but human and vampire relatinship is sooo tabu for them, which totally sucks!! I hope that sydney will fallow her heart for once and chose Adrian!
Im intrigued by the whole concept of Adrian and Sydnie but Im a sucker for the impossible relationships. Im fixing to start the second book
I didn't read ALL the whole vampire academy novels, but I still loved this book.

Read the second book. And there was no way Adrian and Rose could have lasted. I love Adrian and think he deserves someone who can give him their whole heart. Rose would never have been able to do that. Yes Adrian hit on, flirted with, and checked out Sydney. Just read the second book.

I hope that Adrian and Sydney end up together. It's pretty bold , especially since it would be a vampire and an alchemist but they know each other and have alot in common , no matter how different they are. I'm wasn't exactly maad at Rose for leaving Adrian cuz it wouldn't have worked,Rose and Dimitri were made for each other and obviously love each other very much. Adrian didn't deserve someone who liked him , but didn't truly love him.
