Jay glanced up at the two women. "Did you see him fall?" He frowned. "I can't see anything wrong with him. He's breathing fine and his pulse is normal. Maybe we should call security over?"

Poppy shook her head. "But I am a medic, and he doesn't look like he fainted." She shook her head, sending some hair out of her braid. "I don't think he's unconcious." Sparky changed his intrest to the man on the floor, and before Poppy could stop him, he was licking the man's face. "Sparky!" Poppy groaned, reaching over to pick him up.

Eli sprinted in the terminal. "Sir!! Sir!!" he called out, laughing as he caught up with the old man. The exchanged words and then suitcases. Eli shook the man's hand firmly and they both went their separate ways, laughing. He checked his suitcase. Yep. It was his alright. He grinned and shook his head and ran a hand through his hair, his shirt tugging upwards, showing a little of his abs and tanned skinned, he was wearing a short sleeved shirt that showed off his obvious muscles and his dragon tattoo on his left arm. He bit his lip and kind of looked lost, so he headed to what he hoped wold be the right terminal and then sat down beside a pregnant woman. She seemed young to be pregnant but he wasn't going to judge. "Hi." he said politely, smiling at her.

Diandra nodded and rolled her eyes, "people just worry me," she laughed. She honestly didn't see what the big fuss was about being a Marine, but everyone freaked out. She looked at Eric, who was attempting to read lips, but got tired of trying and was looking around. "He's deaf and he reads lips to know what's going on most of the time. They refused to look at him when they talked and you know me, over protective as always, I yelled at them," she shook her dad.

Eli looked at her with a charming smile and shook her hand gently yet his hand was naturally a little rough from all of his work. "I'm Eli, it's a pleasure to meet you." he said and brought his hand back to his side. "Any particular reason you're heading off to Alaska?" he asked casually, keeping his bright eyes on her.

Eli gave her another smile as he took in her beautiful smile and he voiced it. "Has anyone ever told you how beautiful you smile?" he asked with a small grin.
He laughed lightly and nodded "A vacation.. in Alaska? That's kind of not common." he grinned widely and then shrugged "I'm going there to climb a mountain..." he told her. "I love moving and climbing and doing anything physical and it's always been on my bucket list so I'm all prepared for it..!"

Eli couldn't help but feel that he had hit a small nerve, or he had triggered some sort of memory. He saw her play with the necklace and he smiled slightly and began tapping his foot on the ground.
"Change is always good..." he sighed happily. "It allows you to see things differently.." he said softly, remembering his different families..
"I'm going to hike up a mountain and put up my own flag that Jessie gave to me to put it on." Jessie was his little step-sister from the family he was currently placed in. Cutest little 5 year old he had even encountered.

Eli looked at her as he spoke and didn't take his eyes off of her, he never felt uncomfortable looking into somebody's eyes. "Yeah... " he agreed and closed his eyes a moment and then opened them, smiling. "Jessie? Yeah! She's a great bundle of joy, she's my step-sister.. she drew me this really cute flag that has me in a stick man form, holding what I think are skis." he chuckled, his eyes glowing. "So.. how many months in?" he asked politely and smiled at her.
Eli smiled and laughed "Yes! She's always drawing me things and I have a billboard full of her drawings.. it's kind of like a museum.. it's really cute.."
He glanced down at her stomach and didn't let his charming smile drop. "Wow! That's great! Is it a boy or girl... what's it's name?" he asked, she seemed like a good mother.. or mother to be.

Chet suddenly opened his eyes and shot up into a sitting position. He streached his arms, ignoring the fact that he was covered in dog slobber.
"Ahh that was a nice rest." He muttered contently to himself. It was then that the noticed the four people looking at him.
"Oh hello!" He said, grinning widely at them, either not realising or not caring how mad he was coming across.
Eli chuckled and pulled one out of his pocket and opened it, revealing a picture of him and Jessie and their family, all drawn by her. A lot of it were scribbles but distinctive markings that it was people. "That's my favorite.." he said softly.
He, on the other hand smiled widely "Louis! I love that name!" he exclaimed and chuckled. "Don't be embarrassed." he said softly. "Be proud .." he breathed, leaning in a little closer, he knew that she was a little embarrassed of the baby.
He smiled a little again "PLease.. don't be.. it's given me so many opportunities and I've learned so much.. it's almost a blessing, really.. although my parents didn't want me.. I don't let it get to me.."

"Er... right." Jay sat back on his heels, contenting himself with a raised eyebrow at the slightly mad fellow who was sitting on the floor grinning at him. "Hullo." I think that any damage to this chap's head was done long ago, he concluded getting to his feet. "Good show." he said dryly. "Looks like he's physically fine." he commented to Tasia. "I won't speak to the rest of him." he added, lips twitching in a slight half amused half bewildered smile at the guy's antics.
Eli smiled as she took the picture. "It really is.." he said quietly and took it back, putting it in his pocket, he would be devasted if he lost it. He watched the tears form in her eyes and he immediately put a comforting hand on her shoulder and squezed it gently. "Hey... if...i know we just met and all.. but if you need to talk... I've got ears and a shoulder to cry on..." he knew he would have troubles listening to her but he wailing to try.
"Thank you... it took a lot of practice but... i learned.." he smiled at her softly.

Eli shrugged "I used to put a fight and kick everyone who tried to take me away but now.. i think...if that house didbnt want me. why bother fighting for it..I mean they got id of me for a reason, right?"

Poppy just gave him a look. "If I knew, I would slap you right now, but I don't. So I am going to leave now." she said, sending Sparky up to Chet. Sparky began to lick his face in attempt to get something.
"Woah hey there!" Chet said, pushing Sparky away from his face but stratching behind his ears and stroking him anyway, smiling.
"Wait a minute okay? Wait." He commanded, holding one hand up in a 'stop' motion while the other rummaged inside his pockets, looking for something to give the dog.
His hand moved to his bag and eventually he found his pepperami stick.
"Will this be okay?" He asked Poppy, not really wanting to poison her dog and add that to his long list of trouble for the day.
Poppy squinted her eyebrows. "What it is?" she asked. Sparky whined pathetically. "Oh shush Sparky. And yeah, sure give it to him." Poppy pulled her hair down, braided it quickly and wrapped it into a bun.
Chet grinned."Yes ma'am!"

"Here you go boy. Hope you enjoy it because I hate them. Only have a packet of them for a prank anyway.."

Sparky sniffed it catiously, then clamped it in his jaws, knawing on it like a bone. Poppy wasn't amusing. "Come on Sparky, we need to go."
"Hey wait whats your name?" Chet called after her from where he was still sitting on the terminal floor.
"My names Chet! There, I've told you my name so now you have to answer out of politeness!"
He said victoriously, grinning like a child at christmas.
Poppy gave him a disgusted look. "I don't even know you." she said. "A name really isn't enough." She picked Sparky up and held him. "Well, bye?" she said as she walked out of the terminal.
Chet frowned, stood up, and sprinted after her."Fine then. Whats it gonna take to know your name? I dont really like not knowing peoples names, it makes me feel rude-well, ruder than I actualy am anyway and I dont like that!"
Poppy raised an eyebrow. "Ummm..." she said. "Well I'm Poppy." she stuck out a hand and Sparky yelped as he lost support. "Shh Sparky." Poppy said nicely. "Nice to meet you Chet."
Chet smiled, this time not looking insane but genuinely happy as he did so."Its nice to meet you too Poppy."

He asked in an attempt to make conversation. Yes, occasionally he did try to be normal. It generally didnt work though as he would always mess up somehow.
Poppy shrugged. "Away from here. Its a bit too crowed for my liking." Sparky barked unhappily as Poppy moved him to her other side. "Shh Sparky, soon you'll be in a comfy plane." She rolled her eyes. "As if comfy is the best way to describe it..." She blinked and set Sparky down. She pulled out a hairband and put her hair in a bun.
"So travelling alone then? Not counting Sparky."
"Yeah. Heading out to Alaska. Heard the forests are real nice there." her eyes got a dreamy glaze, which dissapeared as soon as it came. "Anyway, I can't stand being in this building, and I doubt Sparky can either." Sparky barked playfully.Poppy shrugged. "Like to go outside?"
Chet shrugged. "Sure, why not. Hey Im travelling alone too-my flatmate simply refused to come along."
Then he realised what she had said.
"Hey wait, Alaska did you say? Im going there too! Which plane are you going on?"
He asked, starting to get a little excited at the possibility of actually knowing someone else on the plane.
"Some of them... but we figured out that sending letters back and forth is easier than calling.. nd there's always something exciting about getting a letter dorected t you." he grinning, his eyes were almosy childlike. But it quickly went away when she said what people thought about her being pregnant. "Oh my... I'm sorry you have to through all of that... if anythibg.. you should be getting all of the attention you need... " he said seriously as he kissed her cheek again. He smiled slightly. "I know what you mean... having no one love you and all.. which is wht I'm always trying to love everybody as much as I can.. so I get some in return.." he said sheepishly."Is that selfish?"
"Alaska? Yes I'm going there." Then she bit her lip. "Most likely the smae one you are going on." Sparky leaped out of her arms. "Sparky!" she shouted as he ran into another room. "If you'll excuse me," she mumbled, "I have a dog to catch."

"Less and less each year.." he said a little more quietly. "People move on.." he said with a sigh. "But never forget!" he added and gained his smile, no matter what, he was always able to see the positive in everything and he loved it.
He listened to her closely and frowned, he couldn't help but think that she was talking about herself but he didn't want to push the subject, it seemed delicate with her, so he just squeezed her gently and then loosened. "I agree." he nodded.

"I think that.. it's awesome that soon, a beautiful miracle will be born and have the great blessing to have an amazing mother." he said with a cute smile.
