Adding Profile Photo?

Hi; I'm a newbie and I would like to add a photo of myself to the profile, but I can't get past all the copyright stuff. The photo is owned by me and I have used it for years. How do I answer the questions to allow me to use it?

Just put "this photo is owned by me" in the copyright box.
