Lolita hurries into the room. The frostiness of her presence follows her and starts to spread across the room creating a chilly atmosphere. She dumps the papers and glances up seeing a student in front of her. "And you are?" She grabs her attendence sheet and scans the list of names.

Lolita inclined her head, "Yes, I am." She crossed the girl's name off of the list on her clipboard. (WHERE IS EVERYONE?)
(Calling all ELEMENTALS! That could included WITCHES as well.)Lolita shuffles her papers on her desk again and glances up, "It was lovely to meet you as well, Kiri."
"It is. I just know that some of us do not all have the gift of fire. How advanced have you become with your element?" She asks the young girl. To Lolita, every person before her will always be young because she has been 20 for one thousand years. A period so long ago but she remembers it like yesterday.
Lolita stands across from Kiri's desk and opens her book. Pointing at a page, she asks her, "Can you do this?" The picture shows a human hand in fist form with the the pointer finger pointing up and on the tip of that finger stood a flickering flame like her finger was a lighter or something mechanical.
Lolita nods at the display snd riffled around in the book. "How about this." She held the book out to her showing her the page. It showed a boy standing in a globe of fire that never burned him but no one could approach him without getting burned.
"You must work at it. This will be your assignment for the rest of class as well as reading the chapter that goes into it and presenting a brief oral report with your demonstration." Lolita smiles at her and handed her back the book. "Would you like to see it?'
Lolita rotated her arms slowly around herself creating a circle and light blue haze appears. As she continues moving her arms in a fluid motion the light becomes clearer and clearer until it is a brilliant blue jem. Lolita's form is barely visable and the cold in the room increases becoming subzero then it all disappears in a blink when she stops moving her arms. "Like that. But its different with each element."
Lolita watches her and occassionly corrects her. "Remember with each element and person it is different you need to find a way to keep the shield up thats good for you."
Kaden slips into the back of the classroom, sadly late, the paperwork for the school had taken much longer than he had originally expected. What was this class anyway?
Kaden watches curiously, element control class obviously. He sighs and leans back, this was not an ability he was adept in.
"So you have not discovered your element yet?" Lolita prys further wanting to know how to teach this particular student and to know that she had to know what sort of power they possess. It is next to impossible to teach a student if their power is unknown and if their powers are unknown how did he come across this school in the first place? She would have to speak to Will about this student after class which they only had about a half hour left anyway.
Kaden senses the frustration, "I know tricks in all four of the elements. But my powers lie elsewhere. Maybe I was put in wrong class? It was all very rushed..." He says thinking of all the hastily signed papers.
"What is your species name and special skills?" She asks of him as the frost of her fustration turns the room into a refrigerator.
Kaden resists smirking at 'species', "I'm just a human. The describe my ability as an specialized sense of empathy, and I can control the emotions around me." Which due to the not only the link but the current temperature made him want to use his power immediately.
As if sensing the direction of Kaden's thoughts, Lolita trns to him and nods, "However, I hope you all know the rule that in the classroom, you must not use your powers on your teacher. It is for your safety as well as for ours. A noivice such as yourselfs should not attempt to hoodwink anyone with supierior experience. THey would know in a blink what you are up to." As she passes by Kaden the coldness of her presence intensifies.
Kaden raises an eyebrow at the display. He highly doubted the words, hoodwinking was quite the specialty he had, but it was not the appropriate response here. The coldness was uncomfortable though he didn't care to share that information with whoever this teacher was. He pulls out a notebook and pen. Inspiration had struck.
Kaden frowned, "okay". He clasps his hands together in a mock gun, and points it away from everyone and shoots out a thin controlled line of fire.he blows out the smoke and grins. Parlor tricks, sure, but he could male them look cool at least.
"Serious?" He asked eyes widening, after all, there had never been anyone he could practice with before.
Lolita smiles full out and watches the two savely interact with her palms at the ready just in case something disastrous happens.
Kaden grins, and points his fake gun at her shield, prepared to dissipate the flame quickly. The jet of controlled flame knocks against her shield.
With similar look of focus he shoots off short spurts of flame to different parts of the shield, curious if it would change the effect.
"You definitely don't make this easy." He laughs. Then the solution finally came to him. It wasnt to make his attacks stronger but rather her shield weaker. Weilding the two elements was difficult but he vaccummed air away from certain points of her shield, and sent his flamie 'bullets' to these weakened spots.
Kaden would've rolled his eyes but that would break his focus. He lets his attacks lax for a few seconds, hopefully throwing her off balance, and then renews the attack this time with a ball of fire that as it got closer would shoot off scatter shots of flame, while struggling to suck air from her shield.
