"Are you alone?" I aske her looking around, what was a little girl doing here alone?!! She reminded me of my little lost sister.

"What happened?" I asked looking at how the tears started to grow in her eyes, I hugged her without thinking"Its okay, I am here"
"Umm that was what I was trying to figure out...where did you come from?" I aske dher looking behind her into darkness and standing up, she was so small and I was scared she wouls get lost, I held her hand to not lose her."You okay walking? Or do you want to go on my back?" I asked her with a smile
"I dont know if there are other people just tell me when you cant walk okay?" I asked her looking down at her.
"Umm whats your name?" I asked smiling back
((What?!))
"Okay" I said smiling((wait is Karana the little girl just turned into a little boy named Payton? or is Payton a girls name? sorry confused!!))
((oh okay, so same little girl, just different name?))"Okay, lets check it out" I said smiling, holding her hand and starting to walk
As I walked deeper and deeper into the cave I wandered why was this little girl alone"Why are you so alone? I mean what happened to your family?" she was just a baby after all
"What? I mean you were not alone all your life, or where you?" I asked looking down at her confused
"Oh my god, are you okay? how did you escape?" She asked stoping and knealing down besided her
"Oh okay, well if you do, just tell me okay? I promise I wont let tha happen anymore." She saisd realizing that Payton was just a little girl after all."You can still walk? or want be to carry you?"
"Ofcourse" She said reaching out for her and resting her on her hip, walking again"Or would you be better in my back?"
"Back?" She asked moving her to her back and holding her legs on her waist."Okay?"
"So what can you remember?" She asked her as the cave seemed to get a little lighter
"Can you tell me what you can remember?" She asked her as the tunnel got lighter and lighter
"I am sorry...did you say knife?! Are you okay?!" She said stopibng on her tracks((have to go be back tomorrow))
Des puts her down on he floor quickly and looked at her scars horrified, who would do this to a baby?!"Oh god, are you okay? can you remember when it happened?"
"What? wait you are only 3 right?" She asked even more confused
"You where cut since you where 11 months old?" She asked not sure of what she was saying with all those numbers
"Oh god I am so sorry, can you remember pain?" She asked wishing teh answer would be no, that way it would be a little better
"Oh thats great, you cant remember much because your still really little, but when you grow older you will remember a lot more of things" Des said smiling and picking her up on her hip again.
Des hugged her close and than moved her to her back"Okay the cave is getting lighter so we are almost out" She said smiling and starting to walk again
Des laughed a little and ran, she stopped when the light blinded her and had to wait for a few seconds into her eyes got use to it, they had comeo out into a beach, she looked behind her and saw the dark cave"Is this where you had come in through?"
"Oh okay, so now we just walk along the beach until we found the city, and maybe and apartament, and that way we could look for your parents" She said smiling((oh okay))
"Those are your parents?" Des asked feeling excited, that way she could find them faster
"Thats great, we could go to the police or something like that and ask, they will find them I promise" She said smiling and spoting the city, walking towards it
Des turns around and looks at her"Whats wrong, just let your eyes get use to it, its beautiful, look at the water, okay?" She says knealing down besides her.
"Okay just close your eyes a little and open them slowly" She said giving her a hug
"What?!" Des asked lokking at her, she knew about all those things, she herself had a "power" or whatever it was calledbut than was she a vampire?
"Are you?"
"Oh, so you drink blood? Please dont kill me" She said joking"I also have a secret" She said smiling
"But thats what you drink? thats what vampires do, I can change" She said smiling
"Look" She said turning herself the same as Payton and smiling, than turning herself back"See and I can also change other people sometimes,but smaller things like hair" She said
Des laughs a little"Vampires a cooler, they can run really fast, faster than anyone, and sometimes they are born with a power, though they do drink blood" She said
"You should, but dont ever kill okay?" She asked her serious
"So now you wanna have to go and get an apartament, and than go to the police and try to locate your parents?" She asked her smiling and picking her up
Des stopped in her tracks shocked"Your..your mommy?" She had never ever been responsible of a little girl, she loved little kids, but a mom?
Des laughed, it will be like having a little sister"Okay, and we could get a pet" She said smiling
"I love big dogs, but I am not sure if they will let us have one in a apartament" She said sadly
"But we can try and hide one" She siad with a smile and starting to walk down the street looking for and apartament.

Midnight walked in.
She tried to remember her past but couldn't. She became frustrated with herself and sat on the floor, almost in tears.
